In order to fulfil our objectives we have at our disposal the most advanced technologies in the field of plastic pipe processing and brass fittings manufacturing.

In Blansol we are proud of having an outstanding Technical Department with an impressive Know-how in the development of brass fittings working with plastic pipes in hot water applications. We do in-house the entire process starting with the design of all the manufacturing tooling, the production of the first prototypes, the execution of all the initial tests and the promotion of all the new developments.

We have our own testing facilities both for plastic pipes and brass fittings including the necessary thermocycle installations required for the development of new fitting systems. That is why we can offer a full guarantee of our products and why we can fulfil the most demanding international standards.

Our two manufacturing plants have the best technology available in order to guarantee that our products will fully satisfy the needs of the final user. Our manufacturing facilities in total occupy an area of 26.000 square metres which gives an idea of our trust in the future and of our long term commitment.

We can offer our customers not only an exceptional product range but also the support of a company with a deep commitment to become a leading company in the field of plastic pipe systems for hot water applications.

LOGISTICS

Our target in the logistic area is to deliver 100% of all the orders of our national customers within a maximum of 72 hours from receiving the order.

We believe that a good delivery service is one of the most valued things by our customers. That is why we dedicate all the required resources to be the best company in the industry regarding deliveries .To achieve this target we have a team of qualified experts in customer service who believe totally in the critical importance of satisfying our customers´ needs at all times.

We are proud of having the biggest and most advanced warehousing facilities in the industry (more than 6.000 square metres devoted to stocks). We are also proud of working in partnership with the best transport companies so we can offer an unmatched delivery service to our customers.

Since our target is to offer an excellent service we do not spare resources in financing stocks to consolidate ourselves as the leading company in the industry in delivery service.
