Regulations, Validations and Quality Trials

Due to the recent appearance of Multilayer Pipes in Spain there is still no its corresponding Spanish regulation UNE.

At this moment a project of UNE regulations is underway. Industrial Blansol S.A. is an active member of the sub-committee which is drawing up the Spanish regulations for Multilayer Pipes.

During the manufacture of our BARBI GLADIATOR Pipe we fulfil the following trials of quality control.

Thanks to the previous trials we can be certain that Cross-Linked Polyethylene base pipe fulfils the demands of the European Regulation En 12318. That is, we can guarantee that Cross-linked inside pipe complies with of the most strictest European regulations achieving total pipe properties of the GLADIATOR PIPE, notably improved thanks to its intermediate aluminium layer and to the polyethylene exterior layer.
